To protect your personal information, all customers must set a username for their online account from Feb 2021.
You will be required to provide a username if you have not set it before. You can change your username at My Account.
Your username must fulfill the following criteria:
- 6 – 40 characters
- Alphanumberic only
We recommend that you do not set your personal information as username or password. E.g. NRIC, phone number, DoB, etc
